He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Hunter; and his son Zachary S. Hunter. He is survived by: his mother Lela Essary Hunter of Excelsior Springs; his brothers, Oscar Hunter Jr., Owen Hunter and Matt Hunter; his wife Shirley; his son Nathaniel; and his grandsons, Nathaniel Lee and Steven Arnold Hunter.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bross & Spidle Chapels. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
