She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Joseph Johnson and Ruth Elizabeth Hines of Chillicothe; her husband Wayne Holtzclaw; her brother Mike Johnson of Chillicothe, MO; and her stepson Terry Holtzclaw of Kansas City, KS..
She is survived by: her daughters, Shalae Holtzclaw and Sheila Brown of Excelsior Springs; her stepdaughter Tammy Bennett of Kansas City; and her siblings, Tom Johnson of Hughesville, MO, Jim Johnson of Kansas City, Les Johnson of Excelsior Springs, Jeff Johnson of Avalon, Joe Johnson of Chillicothe, MO, Ann Smith of Excelsior Springs, Susan Holcomb of Gallatin, MO and Barbara Silkwood of Polo, MO.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
