Richard Dale Specker Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Dale Specker (Excelsior Springs, Missouri), who passed away on April 1, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Specker and Erma Specker (Hook); and his pet Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Carole Oetting; his children, Laurie, Bryan and Sara (Neal Hull); and his sister Sharon (Ron Brizendine). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
