He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Alvarez and Guadalupe Oliva; his grandmother Julia Borjon; his grandchild Marley Oliva; his uncle Ricky Borjon (Joseph Alvarez); his wife Jerri Mann of Excelsior Springs, MO; his children, Amanda Hawkins (Bill) of Excelsior Springs, MO, Policarpo "Carpio" Oliva II (Whitney) of Excelsior Springs, MO and Shannon Rippe (Michael) of Liberty, MO; his grandchildren, Brackett, Maelyn, Cole, Ellie and Sam; his godchildren, Manuel Aquino III, Marissa Aquino and Josephine Hogue; his siblings, Maria Trinder (Tom), Debbie Ashley (Rodney), Rachel Flores (John), Manuel Aquino II (Lisa), Susie Moran (Armando) and Steve Aquino (Bernadette); and his aunts, Rosie Briseno, Jessie Cunningham (John), Juanita Rhodus (Tom) and Carmella Armenta. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Children or to Jerri Oliva to be used for his grandchildren's education in care of the funeral home.
