She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Barnett Sr. and Flora Kubicki; and her husband Lloyd. She is survived by: her sister Sandra Hilsabeck; and her children, David Ballard, Ella Ann Phillips, Lloyd Woods Jr., Rhonda Vosika and Loretta Stewart. She is also survived by 10 grandkids, 18 great grandkids and five grand puppies.
