It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Siegel of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Rogers and Margaret Rogers; and her brother Ralph Rogers. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Siegel; her son Roger Siegel (Kim) of Excelsior Springs; her granddaughter Cheryl Clemens (Marty) of Kansas City; her sister Jeanette Hensley of Orrick; her grandchildren, Ryan Clemens, Drake Siegel (Cierra Frederickson), Ericka Jordan (Siegel) and Adam Clemens; and her great grandchild Alivia Jordan.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Pat's honor to the Make a Wish Foundation of Missouri/Kansas.
