He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie E. "Marge" McAfee and Oliver W. "Tut" McAfee; and his wife Julie Knopick. He is survived by: his sisters, Candy, Cindy and Mindy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Tut requested that donations be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
