It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lilly Catherine Heflin of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, born in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Leroy and Isabell Smith (Jackson); her husband Jerry Heflin; her daughter Susan Elizabeth; and her brothers, Lee Roy Smith, Paul Smith, Bud Smith (Cleveland) and Don Smith.
