He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Bozarth and Rebecca Bozarth (Lewis); his siblings, Helen Yost, Lucille Pugh and Robert Bozarth; and his grandson Matthew Bozarth.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Marie Bozarth (Russell); his sons, Mark Bozarth (Lisa) and Steven Bozarth (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jason Bozarth (Jessica), Brian Bozarth (Lacie), Heather Alexander (Tony), Rachel Poston (Jeremy) and Nick Bozarth; and his sisters, Margaret Sellars and Linda Young (Alvin). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
