He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Jr. (Patty), Timmy (Cathy), Susan (Tony) and Ralph David; his grandchildren, Chris, Angela (Ken), John, Michelle, Megan (Jayson), Chad and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Cole, Taryn, Canyon, Josiah, Maylee, Averey, Emalyn, Reyd and Eleanor.
