She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Maxim Mathew Azure and Jane Margaret Baker; her siblings, Lonnie L. Dennis, Kevin G. Dennis and Lori F. Dennis; her nephew Shaun T. Rameriz; and her niece Laquita Dennis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Dennis and Brandy Johnson (Azure); her mother Maxine Theresa; her sisters, Geraldine Doni Nordloh (Dennis), Michele M. Dennis-Bigback (Robert Bigback), Kelly R. Dennis-Rameriz (Carmel) and Julie D. Elzea (Dennis); her children, Kelly, David Adams of Excelsior Springs, Jason and Renee Roof of Orrick; her grandchildren, Joshua Dennis, Damon and Reghan; her great grandchildren, Tatiana, Ahanu Sohs-Dennis, Imarie and Oaklaynn Daniels; and her nieces and nephews, Lonnie Dennis, Amy Flomer (Nordloh), Gary W. Nordloh, Kent W. Nordloh, Nick Rameriz, Chandra Fury (Rameriz), Michelle Rameriz, Brandon Dennis, Destiny (Dennis), Sonda (Jorge) and William St (Billy). She is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins.
