He is survived by: his children, Josh Ballinger (Renee), Tony Ballinger, Amanda Moote (Jasun), Aimee Ballinger (Donny) and Cassie Ballinger (Marvin); his siblings, David Ballinger (Susan), Dale Ballinger (Lori), Mike Ballinger, Dee Ballinger and Tina Dial; the mother of his children Becky Shelton; and his partner Kamla Allersma. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
