With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Clark of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, born in Walnut, Kansas, who passed away on October 2, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stella Kelsey and Milburn Kelsey; her husband Jay Clark; and her children, Jean Walter (Jim) of Reelsville, Opal Fields of Excelsior Springs, Andrew Clark (Sally) of Cloverdale and Velvet Clark of Belgrade, Montana. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
