With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis L. Williams of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, born in Richmond, Missouri, who passed away on August 4, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Williams and Gladys Kerns; his wife Donna Dennis; his son Scott Williams; and his sister Jan Adkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Candy Teegarden (Bret) of Excelsior Springs, Missouri; his grandchildren, Amanda Williams, Damen Williams (Stephaney), Austin Teegarden (Alannah) and Dailee Teegarden (Trevor); and his niece Lisa Foster (Larry). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
