She is survived by: her brother Guy Laverne; her former husband William Bradley of Watson; her husband Joseph Fields of Kansas City; her pet Teddy; her children, Rick Bradley (Cindy), Reva (Ken Copeland), Renee Bradley and Randy Bradley (Laura); her brothers, Guy Jewett (Phyllis) and Wayne Jewett; her sister-in-law Kay Jewett; and her grandchildren, Angela Pace (GR), Glenn O'Dell, Chad Bradley, Glenda Pasewalk (Kyle), Tracy Bradley, Mandy Hoover (Brian), James Randall Bradley (Amanda Webber-Rookes) and Kimberly Sutcliffe. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
