He is survived by: his wife Laura Whitham; his brothers, Daniel Whitham of Excelsior Springs, Duane Whitham of Cameron and Craig Whitham of Excelsior Springs; his son David Whitham Jr. of Montana; his grandchildren, Loretta Whitham, Easton Whitham of St. Robert's, Summer Whitham of Montana, Liz and Lukas Vardy of Excelsior Springs; and his great grandchild Ella of Excelsior Springs.
