He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph, Emma Dale, J. B. and Gladys Lee. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Dale and Deborah Lee-Hopkins; his sister Sarah Dale (Bryan Johnson); and his nieces and nephews, Perry, Willa and Gentry. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
