It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Russell Wormsley of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul and Mary Madeline Wormsley (Hubbard); and his siblings, Jim, Tom Wormsley, Shirley Harris and Sharon Wormsley.
He is survived by: his wife Soundra Kay Bettis; his children, Chad Wormsley (Amanda) and Marcie White (Tim); his stepsons, Andrew J Bettis (Joy) and Joshua F. Bettis (Lacie); his sister Sandra Huey (Kenneth); and his sister-in-law Judy Wormsley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, numerous cousins and friends.
