He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Parman and Anna Parman (Vassmer); his wife Claudene; and his son Stephen E. Parman. He is survived by: his son Randall D. Parman (Billie) of Excelsior Springs; and his grandchildren, Rebekah, TJ Buckley, Craig VanNatta (Amanda), Keith VanNatta (Melissa), Miriam, AJ Rutt, Benjamin Parman, Daniel Parman (Nellie), Cara Parman, Andrea, Ned Myer and Kristen Parman. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
