She was predeceased by: her father Mike Boltz; and her grandparents, Steve Abell, Richard and Sharleen Boltz. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Goings; her daughters, Kalei Evans of La Grange, Kenzi of Ewing and Kia Evans of Ewing; and her grandmother Bonnie Abell of Ewing. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family suggests memorials be made to Nancy Goings to help with defray expenses.
