He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Smyser and Dorothy Sanders Smyser; his stepmother Hazel Smyser; and his sister Lanette Burda. He is survived by: his pet Tilly; his daughters, Alexis (Nate Veihl), Samantha (Jace Jagger) and Reagan (Dylan Schroeder); his sister Virginia Ranville; his cousins, Gayla Curry and Brenda Gunlock; and his wife Erin Smyser. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
