She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur R. Schmidt and Alta May Petefish Schmidt; her spouse Arthur Lowell Catron, Sr.; her sons, Arthur Lowell Catron, Jr. and Zachary Givens; and her siblings, Agnes Jarnagin, Alice Taylor, Barbara Wright, Paul Schmidt, Merle Schmidt and Kress Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Loren Douglas Catron of Canton, MO and Christine Carter (John) of Maywood, MO; her daughter-in-law Mary Sue Catron of Maywood, MO; her sisters, Lola McKeever, Vivian Braswell and Ella Floyd (Ray); and her grandchildren, Kevin Catron (Nila) of Ewing, MO, Brenda Givens (Gary), Todd Catron, Nelson Carter (Kelly), Kristen Ritterbusch (Brian), Debbie Catron, Laurie Catron and Cynthia Catron. She is also survived by four step great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Durham Cemetery Association.
