George F. Longacre Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George F. Longacre of Ewing, Missouri, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond I. Longacre and Annaberry Jones Longacre; his wife Elaine Schwartz; his children, Sally Hills (Mark) of North Carolina and Steven Longacre of Gurnee, IL; his sister Barbara Bentley (Raymond) of Macon, MO; and his grandchildren, Evan Longacre, Rebecca Hills, Stephanie Longacre, Delaney Longacre and Matthew Hills. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Salvation Army.
