He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Frances and Kathryn Irene Gibson Raleigh; his wife Marilyn Faye Bailey; and his brothers, Francis, Harold, Edwin, Leo, Raymond "Joe", Charles and Lewis Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Victor Raleigh (Carrie) of Ewing and Anita Melvin (Scott) of Quincy, IL; his stepchildren, Rob Bailey (Margaret) of Yankton, S. D. and Kristi Rasmussen (Paul) of Savannah, MO; his grandchildren, Jessica Williams (Tony) of Quincy, Jackie Bruns (Nate) of Quincy, Presley Dean (Theo) of Kirksville, MO and Bronson Melvin (Ashley) of O'Fallon, MO; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Luke, Paige, Emily Bliven, Oliver, Winnie, Nora, Louie Bruns, Theo, Mina Dean and Dawson Melvin; his brother William Raleigh (Lovina) of Ewing; and also Katarina Rasmussen of Savannah, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
