She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ira and Pauline Clow Kackley; her son Carl Puls; and her siblings, Charles Kackley, Walter Kackley and Carol Vandermaiden.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Puls (Virginia) of Ewing, Randy Puls of Sanannah, MO, Les Puls (Laverne) of Canton, MO and Mike Puls of Ewing; and her siblings, Gene Kackley (Pat) of Camp Point, IL and Sharon Johnson (Mike) of Dade City, FL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, two step grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchildren.
