He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Weber; his children, L. Richard Tate of Durham, MO, Mark E. Tate (Christine) of Hannibal, MO and Angela M. Walbring (Gene) of Ewing, MO.; his grandchildren, Sara J. Phillips (Brent) of New London, MO, Adam L. Tate of St. Louis, MO, Lindsey M. Dunn (Ben) of Columbia, MO and Jared M. Tate (Caryn) of Overland Park, KS.; his great grandchildren, Payton Phillips (Holly) of Hannibal, MO, Issac Phillips (Jorden VanWinkle) of Hannibal, MO, Bryson Dunn, Bailey Dunn of Columbia, MO and Elliott Tate of Palmyra, MO; and his brother Wilford Tate of Fairfield, CA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
