He is survived by: his brother Gary Waggoner (Evelyn) of Odessa, Missouri; his sister-in-law Maxine Waggoner; and his nieces and nephews, Donna Woody, Karen Blevins, Robert Waggoner, Barry Bradley, Darrell Bradley, Thomas Bradley, Gena Holle, Larry Bradley, Mary Bradley, Kimberly Garton and Troy Waggoner.
