He is survived by: his parents, Roy Ancil and Novagene Whaley (Woolford); his wife Deborah; his children, Daniel Whaley of Aurora, Angela Reynolds of Kansas City and Diana Whaley of Springfield; his siblings, Michael Whaley (Jane) of Peculiar, Saundra Nigliazzo (Sam) of Brighton and Patricia Kern (David) of Republic; and his stepchildren, Terra Williams (Trevor) of Aurora, Teresa Smith (Doug) of Republic, Torianna Newton (Kevin) of Springfield and Thomas Waller of California. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great- grandson and several nieces and nephews.
