He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Scheidler (Mark) of Marshfield, Missouri, Charles Rapp (Helen) of Everton and Westley Rapp (Donna) of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; and his brother Billie Rapp of Richland. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
