She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hall and Evelyn Hall (Toler); her former husband Clark Bias; her husband Vernie "De" Highfill; her brothers, Tom Hall and Daniel Hall; and her grandchild Delaney Little.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Bias (Vicki), Vicki Conquest (Cliff) and Tamatha Little (Scott); her stepson Harold Highfill; and her sister Mary B. Garwood. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hampton Cemetery.
