She is survived by: her son Walter Polaski (Peggy) of Eureka, MO; her grandchildren, Shannon Buchholz (Josh) and Shawn Polaski (Michayla); her great grandchildren, Allie, Brandon and Lennon; and her sister Dolores Chambers (Rick).
