He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Perkins and Clara Spradling (Lindemann). He is survived by: his wife Ronda Perkins of Eureka; his children, Monty Perkins Jr. (Nancy) of Eureka, Lesley Wokoske (David) of Pensacola, FL and Monica Perkins (Joe Zarzaur) of Pensacola Beach, FL; his siblings, Thomas Perkins (Karla) of St. Clair, Mickey Perkins (Terri) of St. Clair and Darlene Leroney of St. Clair; his grandchildren, Joseph Sedlock (Emma), Madeline Sedlock, David Sedlock (Anna), Benjamin Wokoske, Hannah Hildebrand, Lucan Hildebrand, Liam Hildebrand and Monty Perkins III; and his great grandchild Juniper Sedlock. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
