He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nae Hyun Yoon and Oak Soon Lim; his wife Joon Hui Yoon; his children, Song Yoon (Lisa), Young Song Yoon, Kim Yoon and Susan Buneta (Steve); and his grandchildren, Lynn Yoon (Josh Anders), Jubin Richie Yoon, Eric Yoon (Joyce Moon), Christy Yoon, Kaila Nemoto (Luis Hernandez), Erika Buneta and Mikayla Buneta.
