He is survived by: his wife Judith Widmann; his sons, Joseph T. Cichacki (Lori), Timothy Cichacki (Amy), Christopher Cichacki and Michael Cichacki (Hayley); his grandchildren, Jude, Emily, Emma, Eva, Katie, Roman and Nicholas; and his siblings, John Cichacki and Veronica Hershey.
