She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Williams and Liddie Williams; and her siblings, Joy Pyles (James), Altelene "Cissie" Williams and Homer "Sonny" Williams, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Rick Surratt; her children, Tonya Clarke (Matthew), Ken Surratt (Jamie) and Rick Surratt II (Shanna); her grandchildren, Joshua Matthew Clarke, Kayleigh Rodriguez, Richard Surratt, Corrine Surratt, Cami Surratt, Richard Surratt III, Dylan Neil, Jace Neil, Avery Litteral and Jessie Koenig; and her great grandchild Ivy Koenig.
