She is survived by: her children, Tracy Hartley (Kelsye) of West Lafayette, IN and Vanessa Hartley of Dayton, IN; her mother Cheryl Price; her grandchildren, MaKena, Ryott, DeLainey, Royce, Rosalie, Rhett, Rorey and Hudson; and her brothers, Jack Price (Stacie) of Dayton, IN and Jason Price (Kristy) of Lafayette, IN. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
