She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hays and Carolyn Hays; her husband Robert Kelly; and her siblings, Royce Hays and Cindy Rehkopf.

She is survived by: her children, Jackie Kelly of Eureka and Jay Kelly (Barb) of Kokomo, Indiana; her granddaughter Katie Armstrong (Eric) of Kokomo, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Rowen Claire Armstrong and Rhett Cruise Armstrong; and her sister Vera Clark of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
