She was predeceased by: her brother William C. Bitzer (Ella); and her parents, William E. Bitzer and Cora M. Bitzer. She is survived by: her husband Eugene L. Schaeg; her children, Kathy M. Schaeg, David E. Schaeg and Angela J. Essen; her grandchildren, Aaron, Taylor (Lauren), Austin, Jacob and Drew; her brother Richard H. Bitzer (Alice); her friend Ray (Elsie Rayberg); and her son Ray (Alice).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Backstoppers.
