He is survived by: his children, Lyndal Shirley, Jr. (Trish) of Goodyear, Tambra Kruse (Mike) of Jefferson City, Shawna Iwanenko (Walter) of Fort Myers, Leslie O'Rourke of Jefferson City and Brent Shirley of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Alicia Dixon (Craig), Sarah Cain (Andy), Michael Kruse (Melissa), Ashley O'Rourke (Lindsey) and Kelsey Howard (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Nathan Dixon, Phoebe, Felix Cain, Cassius, Greylin, Oliver Kruse, Caden O'Rourke and Bailor Howard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
