She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Mease and Hazel Mease (Stewart); her former husband Ted Kerans; her husband Edman Hicks; her son Marty Hicks; her grandson-in-law Tyler Phipps; and her siblings, Frank Mease, G. C. Mease, Harold Mease, Rosella Butler, Phyllis Wiley and Jo Ann Hicks.

She is survived by: her children, Rocky Kerans (Tammie) of Galena, MO, Scotty Kerans (Roxanna) of Galena, MO, Eddie Hicks of Springfield, MO and Natasha Hicks (Gareth Van-Orman) of Mississippi; and her siblings, Jim Mease, Ronnie Mease, Lorene Lowry, Naomi Combs and Judy Maggard. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
