She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Schwartz and Anna Schwartz (Buckholtz); her husband Sylvester A. Gaul; and her siblings, Walter, Dolores "Dee", Charlene "Charlie" and Alberta "Bertie".
She is survived by: her children, Richard Gaul (Jennifer) of New Cambria, MO, Ronnie Gaul of Ethel, Laurie Holtry (Terry) of Indianola, IA and Michelle Robinson (Shawn) of Waukee, IA; her grandchildren, Cheyenne, Tyler, Travis, Kimberly and Ricky; and her great grandchild Cynthia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
The family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association or the Immaculate Conception Church.
