He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Clark and Bernice Clark; his spouse Onie Perkins Clark; his grandsons, Myron Keith Johnson and Ray Lavern Clark Jr.; his great grandchild Courtney Grayer; and his siblings, Lee Clark, James Clark, Darlene Clark, Lorene McKeller and Gloria Adams.
He is survived by: his children, Theoplis Clark Jr. (Lily) of Bernie Missouri, Ray Lavern Clark (Joyce) of South Haven, Glenn Edward Clark of Malden Missouri, Keal Clark (Lily) of Essex Missouri, Marvin Crigler (Darlene), Bernice Grayer (William) of Essex Missouri, Eliza Johnson of Sikeston Missouri and Lula Crigler of Chicago Illinois; and his siblings, David Clark, Charles Clark, Ardean Clark, Theodore Clark, Margarite Clark and Linda Raston. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; two great great grandchild.
