He is survived by: his wife Sue Hughes; his sister Susan Dowdy of Grayridge, Missouri; his nephew Bradley Dowdy; his aunt Maxine; his uncle Dallas Brown of Oak Ridge, Missouri; his cousin Lavonda Cone of Festus, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Jones, Riley Glass, Tyler Tharp and Alyssa Tharp.
