It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Alice Fowler of Essex, Missouri, who passed away on May 2, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Westmorlan and Althea Patillo Westmorlan; her daughter Vicky Walters; and her siblings, Bud Westmorlan, Ken Westmorlan, Hubert Westmorlan and Kathleen Westmorlan Sykes.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Fowler (Barbara) of Bloomfield, Rick Fowler (Teresa) of Maryville, Tennessee and Jeanie Fowler Kinsey (Russ) of Washington, Missouri. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
