He is survived by: his children, Garry Hicks (Evelyn) of Woodward, Terry Hicks of Piedmont, Missouri, Peggy Hicks of Dexter, Teresa Lambert (Mike) of Bloomfield, Kathy Robinson (Dane) of Lawrence and Donna Hicks of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
