He is survived by: his wife Juanita Duckworth; his children, Alan Hicks (Becky) of Poplar Bluff, Derry Ray Hicks (Kay) of Hendrickson and Kristi Hook (James) of Essex; his brothers, Dee Wayne Hicks of Jackson and Lamar Hicks of Kansas City, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Jessi Surface, Makenna Wright, Whitney White and Caitlin Carrillo. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
