He is survived by: his father Edward Smith of Eolia; his sons, Tyler Smith (Misty) of Bowling Green, MO, Austin Smith (Austin Shults) of Colorado Springs, CO and Zane Smith of Bowling Green; his stepson Samuel Mills of Eolia; his grandchildren, Noah, Clay and Keegan Smith; his pet Leo; his sisters, Sharon O'Neill (Stan) of Spearville, KS, Shelley Gianini (Tony) of Eolia and Suzanne Smith of Eolia; and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Merrell, Brandon O'Neill, Dustin O'Neill, Ryan O'Neill, Eric Hammitt, Kristine Lightle, Les Anderson, Corey Smith, Michael Smith, Kimmie Slack and Andy Smith.
