He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Howard and Sarah Ellen Blackwell (Rogers); his siblings, Donald Gene Blackwell, Milford Blackwell, Cletus Blackwell and Laura Belle Waddell; and his nephew Eddie Brown.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Brad Waddell, Bessie Blackwell and Paula Blackwell. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
