It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Mae Pooch Shelton of Eolia, Missouri, born in Troy, Missouri, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Mae Sparks and George Sparks; and her brothers, Larry Sparks and Terry Sparks. She is survived by: her sons, Calvin (Dawn Shelton) of Eolia and Paul (Kelly Shelton) of Hazelwood; her grandchildren, Jamel, Uriah and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Seigio, Jade, Naomi and Everleigh; and her siblings, Eugene (Laura Sparks) of Troy and Izetta Sparks of O'Fallon. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to Calvin Shelton to help defray funeral costs.
