He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson "Jack" Duke and Jewel Duke of Burkburnett, TX.; his son Gregory "Greg" Mark Duke; and his brothers, Norman Cicero Duke, Charles Vernon Duke and Raymond Leon Duke.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Louise Duke of Town; his children, Kerry Duke (Becky) of Fort Thomas, KY and Denise Driscoll (Jerry) of Creve Coeur, MO; his daughter-in-law Joan Brumleve of Redwood City, CA; his sister Betty Burk of Windom, TX; and his grandchildren, Kelly Bryant (Matthew) of Wenonah, NJ, Erin McArdel (Ryan) of Kent, WA, Kevin Duke (Jessica) of Fort Thomas, KY, Brian Duke of Denver, CO, Lesly Duke of Redwood City, CA, Marco Duke of Redwood City, CA, Juan Duke of Redwood City, CA, Wil Driscoll of St. Louis, MO, Emily Puga (Darian) of O'Fallon, MO and Tyler Driscoll of Oakland, CA. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
